Return Policy

My goal is for you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you receive an item that is damaged in transit, please message me and include pictures of the damaged product within 7 days of receiving your item. 

Please be confident in your ring size before purchasing, as refunds will not be given due to an incorrect size. As with wire wrapped rings, they will run slightly smaller in size due to the wire being wrapped around the band. I do my best to correctly size all my rings. 

Although I do not typically accept returns, I will evaluate on a case-by-case basis.  If you are interested in exchanging your item, exchanges must be requested within 7 days and will be for store credit towards another item. Buyer is responsible for all return charges. Item must be sent back in appropriate packaging.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact me immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that I can evaluate the issue and make it right.

No refunds will be considered for sale items.
